Boost your immune system for cold-prevention

1.  Get adequate sleep

2.  Aim for 30 to 90 minutes of moderate exercise weekly

3.  Hot and cold contrasting shower daily

4.  Eat oysters from time to time because they are high in zinc

5.  Have your Vitamin D levels checked and supplement if necessary

6.  Nasal rinse to sweep away bacteria, viruses and irritants
